JVC is proud to introduce the SR-HD1500, a new tapeless HD combo deck featuring a 500GB HDD, Blu-ray recorder, and SDHC compatible SD card slot. As the world´s first* professional HD combo deck with a Blu-ray disc recorder, the SR-HD1500 incorporates a variety of interfaces to facilitate link-up with external devices. It can even be controlled via an RS-232C terminal. The SR-HD1500 is also compatible with JVC´s ProHD cameras (19mbps and 25mbps) and most other HD cameras supporting HDV and AVCHD. Once footage is imported onto the deck´s 500GB HDD from a variety of media and interfaces, HD content can be edited, archived and/or dubbed onto Blu-ray discs or down converted onto DVDs. The entire BD or DVD disc can be dubbed at high speed to ensure prompt delivery to clients. The SR-HD1500 is ideal for professionals and videographers working in broadcasting, post-production, and events/weddings who demand optimum quality, speed, and convenience in one handy package.
